Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

We maintain a less than 1% defect rate. However, if there is an issue with your order, contact us using the process below.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR EXCHANGE

 

Your purchase may be eligible for exchange as per the below criteria:

  • Dupattas, Stoles, and Jackets are eligible for exchange for size-related or damage-related issues only within five days of delivery if the original packaging is intact & the product is not used or washed.

  • Fabric Jewellery is not eligible for returns or exchange unless the product delivered has a quality/manufacturing defect.

  • Fabric Collages are not eligible for returns or exchange unless the product delivered has a quality/manufacturing defect.

  • Any Sakuraa Handmades products purchased during a sale period / discounted pricing are not eligible for returns or exchange.

  • Customised products or special bulk orders are not eligible for returns or exchange except for damage-related issues.

  • International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

  • Quality issues are rare, but they happen on occasion, and we strive to address them as fast as possible. Since each item is freshly made and unique, we do not allow returns for reasons unrelated to quality.

EXCHANGE PROCESS

If your purchase meets the exchange criteria above, please contact us within5 days of delivery via any of the following channels: Call on +91 7755912266 between Monday - Friday 4.00 PM to 6.00 PM IST or email at sakuraa.handmades@gmail.com.
 

Upon receipt of communication from our customer care team, please follow the below steps: 

In case of quality issue/defect:

  • Please pack the product in its original packaging along with the invoice, labels, tags, bags, and/or any other inclusions sold as a part of the purchase.

  • For damage/quality issues, we require you to submit a photograph that clearly indicates the problem.

  • In the case of jacket defects, please mention the purchased size.

  • Please send the product back to us at our registered address, carefully packaged.

  • We will pay for shipping and provide a shipping label if a return is required.

  • Our customer care team will investigate and revert within 3 business days.

  • Upon receipt of the product at our office, it will be subject to quality inspection and if it passes the inspection, a fresh piece will be dispatched to reach you within standard shipping timelines.

  • Since all products are unique, a similar replacement will be chosen. There is no guarantee that you will receive the same piece/design.

  • In case an exact or similar replacement is not available, a credit note or Gift Card will be issued for the full amount for the damaged product.

  • Our credit notes can be used on our website and/or in our store.

In case of size exchange of jackets:

  • Please pack the product in its original packaging along with the invoice, labels, tags, bags, and/or any other inclusions sold as a part of the purchase.

  • Please send the product back to us at our registered address, carefully packaged.

  • Since all Sakuraa Handmades products are fairly unique a similar replacement will be chosen. There is no guarantee that you will receive the same piece/design.

  • Upon receipt of the product at our office, a fresh piece will be dispatched to reach you within standard shipping timelines.

  • In case an exact replacement piece is not available, a credit note or Gift Card will be issued for the amount after deduction of the initial shipping charges.

  • Our credit notes or Gift Cards can be used on our website and/or in stores.

  • We offer size exchange only for the same style of jacket purchased.

  • We are unable to entertain requests to replace jackets with a different style even if the price is the same.

 

Please note that size exchanges will not be applicable for purchases made during a sale/discount period or on custom orders.
