Shipping Policy

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

  • An order placed is normally shipped within 13 business days. Post shipping the normal delivery time is 510 working days.

  • For overseas shipping, it may take up to a month.

What is the price for the shipping?

  • Free shipping on all orders above ₹3000/, except for Fabric Collages.

  • ₹150 shipping charges on prepaid orders below ₹3000/, except Fabric Collages.

  • For Fabric Collage, shipping is at actuals since the packaging is not standard.

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING:

​

  • We offer free shipping for all domestic orders above INR 3000.

  • For orders below INR 3000, shipping and handling rates vary based on the product size and volume, the packaging required, and the shipping destination. The final shipping and handling charges can be seen at checkout after providing the shipping address.

  • The deliveries are dispatched to the shipping address recorded at checkout.

  • All orders are processed from our store in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

  • Free shipping does not apply to Fabric Collages.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

  • For international orders, a flat shipping fee is charged depending on the weight of the product(s) chosen and the destination.

  • Duties & Taxes for international orders are not included in your order and are applicable over and above the charges paid at checkout.

  • The deliveries are dispatched to the shipping address recorded at checkout.

  • Most countries charge duties on imported items that are levied at the time of port entry, and they vary based on the destination country and the products imported.

  • Customers have to pay the applicable duties and taxes directly to the shipping agency at the time of order delivery.

  • If a customer refuses to pay these charges and therefore delivery is not possible, no refunds will be entertained. You may refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for more details.

  • All orders are processed from our store in Pune, Maharashtra, India

 

TRACKING AND DELIVERY:

  • Post shipping, the details of the tracking number and information of the shipping agency will be shared via email.

  • Orders can be tracked using the consignment/tracking number on the shipping partner’s website.

  • In case the package is returned to us after 2 attempts to deliver, no refunds will be entertained.

  • Please ensure the complete shipping address, including zip code and a mobile number, is shared to ensure hasslefree delivery.

  • In case of failure to deliver due to incorrect details, no refunds will be entertained.
